  105. measurement tool for developers of Windows applications. It provides a DLL
  106. which saves timestamps internally and an application which lets you view,
  107. save, print, copy, and compute averages of the saved data. Because PerfMon
  108. uses explicit DLL calls to collect performance data, it allows a developer
  109. to measure the performance of any code segment in an application. Requires
  110. WIN31.

  113. developer's tool that instantly pops up a window with a list of all
  114. functions contained in your source code. Simply click on a function name,

  117. that the comment is visible too.

  124. Turbo Debugger for Windows 3.0. It includes a DLL and device driver which
  125. should resolve the majority of problems experienced when running TDW 3.0 or

  129. writing Windows help files. If you use Visual Basic, it will handle all of
  130. the HelpContextID values for you and even recompile your programs with the
  131. new values. If you program in C/C++ or Pascal then it will create a header
  132. file containing all of the definitions that you will need for context
  133. sensitive help in your programs. Requires WIN31 and the Microsoft Help
  134. Compiler.

  137. sample program to demonstrate the display effects found in the VISBBFX.DLL.
  138. It allows you to load DIB, BMP, and WMF files and display them using
  139. special effects. Several images can be setup at one time to create simple
  140. slide shows. You can select various effects, grains, and speeds for each image.

  143. graphical windows. Features include moveable windows, sizeable windows,
  144. closeable windows, and controls within windows (that are limited to the
  145. window). The windows only redraw where they need to redraw (through
  146. viewports), so they are as fast as you can go with the BGI.

  149. reg. fee: $59) is a print manager for programmers. It provides syntax
  150. highlighting, headers and footers, font support, line and level numbering,
  151. drag and drop functions,and more. It supports any high level lanquage.

  153. only printed when it has changed, or you request it.
